By accessing or using ProDigital360 services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
ProDigital360 provides AI-driven digital marketing services, including but not limited to advertising management, analytics, and strategy consulting.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProDigital360 and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Client data, campaign performance, and business information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. ProDigital360 reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.
In no event shall ProDigital360, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
While we apply best practices and data-driven strategies, ProDigital360 cannot guarantee specific advertising results. Campaign performance depends on market conditions, budget, competition, and other factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of your advertising accounts, data, and creative assets.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
